The Tawa is made of Iron Metal. It is Seasoned to perfection and ready to use. Food cooked on Iron utensils contains trace amounts of iron in it.
Seasoning procedure involves cleaning of the Tawa. Then it is dried with a cloth and cooking oil is applied all over the cooking surface. The process continues for two weeks to obtain a well-seasoned Tawa.
